Disebabkan kami semua adalah pekerja kpd majikan kami yang bukan owner Bonda Boutique (sob sob, makan gaji je) maka masa kami adalah agak fixed.

Waktu Mengadap Bonda Boutique:

Tiap-tiap hari tapi 24 jam pada hari Sabtu dan Ahad =)

Waktu Ke Pejabat Pos:

Setiap hari Isnin dan Khamis.

*maka sape-sape yang buat payment pada hari Khamis, Jumaat, Sabtu, Ahad = barang akan dipos hari Isnin. Kalau buat payment hari Isnin, Selasa, Rabu = BB akan pos order anda pada hari Khamis! yeay!

*kepada yang ade kes-kes spesel dan nak urgent order anda, boleh la email ye. kami pasti boleh tolong!

Terms & Conditions

Before placing any order from our site, please make sure that all the terms and conditions stated below are fully understood.

1. All items shown are sold based on first come first serve basis.

2. The items are meant to be sold to serious buyer only.

3. All items are new and in good condition.

4. Sold items are non-refundable and non-returnable. (In case of undelivered or loss items, this term can be negotiated)

5. Payments can be made via Maybank or CIMB.

6. Items will be delivered via Poslaju Malaysia.

7. Postage fee is FREE for shipment in Peninsular Malaysia, also Sabah & Sarawak.

8. Items will be sent only after full payment is made.

9. Kindly e-mail us (or notify us) all the payment details such as name, time and date of payment made.

10. Once items are received, kindly contact us via email. If there is no delivery notification within 7 days, the items are assumed as successfully delivered.

11. The sent items can be tracked using Poslaju tracking system (the parcel number will be sent to buyer after we have posted the item).
